Since 2001 I have worked in many areas of Information Technology including but not limited to Windows and Linux servers, telecommunications equipment, payment processing technologies, design and sales support.

I am a trustful engineer with a strong telecommunications background with a desire to success in life by working hard and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
In many years I have made a reputation with honesty, responsibility and hard work that allows me to excel in any place where I have worked.
EDUCATION
As an Industrial and Systems Engineer with two Masters Telecommunications and Project Management, I am prepared to lead any kind of IT project. I also have a lot of experience leading different kind of groups and reaching the objectives proposed.

At Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC) in Tegucaigalpa, Honduras.
I started my education at the best university in Honduras, focusing my efforts in developing skills to accomplish a successful career in IT with a strong administrative background.

March 2018
While working in Victoria, BC. I replaced and improved most of the telecommunications equipment, including cabling, routers, firewalls, switches, etc.
Core Network Migration
April 2015
While working as a Networking and Information Security Consultant I was responsible to replace the core network of one of the major mobile companies in Honduras.
Bank Infrastructure Renewal
July 2015
While being Infrastructure manager of one of the most important banks in Honduras, I was able to promote and implement new projects, the most important where aimed to improve energy availability and renew the telecommunications core of the company.
Develop a Process Management Tool
June 2011
While working as a Installations and Support Manager for a ISP in Honduras I identified the lack of tools to control installation and support request; so I implemented a tool that allowed me and others to track requirements as well as generate reports with up to date information.

On my first job I was able to supervise three technicians with mixed backgrounds and ages.
2005 -> Managed 30+
As a country technical manager I had the opportunity to lead more than 30 persons in all Honduras. I was responsible of people with people with masters degrees as well as people with just elementary education.

As a country infrastructure manager I lead 15 people with high education background and years of experience.

Cisco
Since 2005 I have worked with all kind of small to large business equipment, specially with routing and switching.
The task range from pre-sales, design, implementation and support.
Huawei
Beginning at 2012 I started to work with Huawei which allows me to know several equipments such as routers, switches and firewall for service providers. This also permits me to work in other areas such as Core PS, WiMax and management servers.
IBM
I used to work with IBM technologies specially Linux and AIX servers, as well as many storage solutions. This prepared me to understand many aspect of the IT sector.
Juniper
As a service integrator I have worked as well with some older and recent Juniper technologies, specifically routers, switches and firewalls.
Ericsson
On mobile networks it is very common to find multiple vendors, and I have successfully worked integrating Ericsson's RNCs, BSCs, Node B and billing systems into Cisco and Huawei networks.
Paloalto
On the enterprise environment I support small to midsize firewalls as border devices or VPN termination equipment.
